Not so long ago we partially electroplated a Toohey’s dry bottle in nickel and 24 k gold that was used for an ad. Most Toohey’s beer is sold in bottles and the consumption per year is about 300 million litters. Toohey’s dates from 1869. It is popular with young people, which may be why Tooheys Extra Dry (TED) sponsors the music festival and many surfing events.
